Abstract:
While
there is a high potential exist for patents at the idea generation stage
itself, problem solving and patent analysis provides valuable information for
other inventors, which leads to further invention and innovation. It is in this
context, the author would like to share, with the readers, some of the most
popular TRIZ methodologies originally framed for solving complex problems,
steps followed to get TRIZ solution, levels of Inventive Disclosures, the
relevance of analysing patents using TRIZ principles and various possibilities
of contradiction parameter pairs researchers commonly get in the patent
analysis process.
This article is written keeping in view of rapidly growing
interest in applying TRIZ methodologies and to help inspire invention and
innovation among young people. The author tries to share some of the most
popular TRIZ methodologies originally framed for solving complex problems.
